An indictment is just an accusation. It means nothing until it results in a conviction.

There is a saying among the left - the process is the punishment. Your indictment makes the front page, coating you friends, business, and most important - money. Even if you win - you lose, because the acquittal won't even make the paper.

None of them have been convicted or charged with anything. Some are held in solitary confinement. IF they are allowed to talk to an attorney they are not allowed to meet in private. There is no client-attorney privilege. One detainee was badly beaten by a prison guard and had his nose broken.

So are these detainees held indefinitely (without any charges filed) in an American prison or are they being held in Abu Ghraib prison?

Not nearly enough. They aren't really doing anything to find and prosecute the vast majority of BLM and Antifa rioters.

I don't know the exact numbers but I wouldn't be surprised if there are more Jan 6th rioters being held without charge than there are BLM and Antifa rioters.

The difference is there is a witch hunt going on for the Jan 6th people. They have got all of the rioters and now they are going after the Trump supporters who had nothing to do with the riots and weren't even there to riot. They were just there to legally protest the inauguration of the first US "President" who didn't win the popular vote or the electoral college vote and won by massive voter fraud.
