I'm perfectly aware of what happened after 9-11 and the NSA spying. I'm also aware that correlation does not equal causation, while you apparently are not. If the government expanded every time there was a commission or an investigation, it would be of Brobdingnagian proportions compared to what it is now. If your only argument against a January 6th commission is your fear of bigger government, it's a weak one. And by the way, not all of the Republicans in the House voted against the commission. 35 of them managed to find some measure of fortitude and vote for it. If you're gonna try to troll me, numbnuts, get your facts straight.
If you're trying to call me out for strawmanning, I'd just like to point out that you did it first and are no better for it. And you're even further off the mark. At no point did I mention you voted for anyone on particular, my reference to Trump was meant as a counter to your apparent opposition to investigating an attack on the Capitol building that was clearly instigated by Trump and his voter fraud lie.
Do you really think engaging in personal attacks just because the other person isn't completely aware of your political leanings makes you some kind of master debater? I've seen this kind of baiting on the politics stream often. But keep pretending you're somehow a deep thinker just because you refuse to accept anything that doesn't fit your narrative.
