This is the same story posted on different sites. Not an issue of itself, but...
The only evidence is "Six affidavits now, we had four, now it’s six. Six affidavits of veteran election officials are alleging that up to 30,000 of these 147 [thousand] ballots are fake,”
Affidavits are sworn testimony and are admissible in court, but they aren't proof.
It looks like the 145,000 ballots have been unsealed and can be audited, though the plaintiff has to pay for it at this point. They also made the point that the vote has been certified - they can't change that now.
Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, “From day one I have encouraged Georgians with concerns about the election in their counties to pursue those claims through legal avenues,” the statement read. “Fulton County has a long standing history of election mismanagement that has understandably weakened voters’ faith in its system. Allowing this audit provides another layer of transparency and citizen engagement.”
So fine. Audit to your hearts content. To my knowledge, nobody has anything to hide.
