I'm gonna start that 'different discussion' with you, because I'm Catholic and consider your statement to be hypocritical. If someone supports the right of someone else to live how they want, and support 100% equal civil liberties for all, then they are in no way acting in any fashion that could be remotely homophobic. What then makes us morally culpable for anything? We're not hurting anyone, and let me tell you; from visits to the LGBTQ+ stream and a lot of LGBTQ+ forums, only once out of asking 17 times have I been told by anyone that my being Catholic is problematic since I support 100% equal civil liberties for all no matter their race, sex/sexual orientation, or creed. In conclusion then, if I don't support suppressing them, and they overwhelmingly agree that I'm as a result not a homophobe, then what exactly do you consider to be the problem?
