The Jews did not appropriate their property. The victorious powers of world war 2 left it for them to fight for it. Jews have lived their since biblical times, no one wanted the Jews of Europe so they refused their ships permission to dock and redirected them to an area that was under british mandate and was not a recognized country of any sort.
