And according to epolicysupply.com the most expensive Florida labeled badge they have is $140 (rounding up). That's $22,000 (rounding up).

Wow, the shipping and handling on that must be insane.

Well the cost going back that far would have been negligible. About 10 thousand dollars. Then again there was probably just a dozen or so cops in Pensacola. So that brings the bill to about 100 dollars. I am not drawing any conclusions.
