Well, I don’t always know how to productively engage with members of a political party most of whom at this point believe that Obama is a Kenyan-born Muslim, that Hillary is a serial killer, that Biden is a pedophile, that every other Democrat drinks the blood of babies in the basement of a D.C. pizza parlor that in reality doesn’t have a basement, that Trump actually won the 2020 election, and that the Trump-sponsored Jan. 6 mayhem at the Capitol was either not a big deal or a false-flag ANTIFA operation (and therefore a big deal). But I do try, believe it or not.

It just seems like we have a problem of failing to manage the flow of information (legit and otherwise) in this hyperpolarized and hypersaturated media environment, leading many down the rabbit hole into conspiracies that attempt to explain the world by scapegoating invented villains.
