That makes no sense, the whole point is to make transgender people not feel uncomfortable when using the bathroom, how could the same not apply to the very people that said bathrooms were designed to function for in the first place?

'Black' people were born as they are, and excluded for centuries because of it in our society.
Whereas in our society, transgender choices regarding behavior, lifestyles, and what to do with their bodies is a rather recent phenomenom.
The logic you're using is Eminem marketed as legit while most of those he emulates get to rap home alone in tha hood in anonymity so therefore they have to step aside for him.
