So, kind of to your point, I just got back from the grocery store. The woman two spots ahead of me, getting checked out, standing right in front of the cashier, had absolutely no mask on. Then I look over at the customer service desk and there's a customer with his nose hanging all the way out of his mask.

So, I says to myself, if they're not going to enforce the mask mandate then mine's coming off. Off it came, no one said shit to me, and no one died. Good times!

Apparently my area is relatively sane. I've hardly worn one since this whole thing started, and around here, I've rarely been bothered.

I think it's fun to see the mentally broken people in the grocery store. They scoot to the side of the aisle when I walk by like I'm some kind of leper - but they let their kids run all over the place and touch everything.
