Constitutionally, DC cannot be a state. But then again, Biden is anti-Constitution as "No amendment is absolute".. so.

Amending the constitution does not mean you're against the constitution though. It simply means you're trying to amend it so that our constitution matches the times and is current. Regarding this matter, how old is this part of the constitution which says DC can't be a state?

You seem to think you have sufficient popular support on this issue to pass an amendment. You have one of two mistaken beliefs: A) You don't understand how much of the American public it takes to pass an amendment or B) You don't understand how few Americans support your tyrannical agenda.
