Yeah no, the circumstances of this incident...the perp was reported for beating up someone in his home...the cop showed up to detain the perp (no backup since it was an early Sunday morning), used no force cause, of course you know why and the perp beat him to death THEN the perp went to another house, feigned injury and beat up the elderly couple living there........so, yeah, there you go
