the blm riots were because one person was accidentally killed, so it's not a good reason either, and the blm riots can be argued that it is domestic terrorism, since they destroy and burn buildings, meanwhile the capitol riot, even though it was definitely not a protest, it leaned more on the protest side of the scale of protesting, rioting, ad domestic terrorism

Terrorism is defined as committing violent acts for a political cause. This is exactly what BLM is doing. They are actual terrorists committing acts of violence for a political cause.
