It was a fair trial. The defense was weak, and didn’t have a chance. The jury was not pressured. They made a fair decision. It was a win for the judicial system.

Both the prosecution and the defense vetted the jury pool. Blame the defense for selecting weak minded pussies who will flop under pressure. That's a better defense for a mistrial, then jury tampering....

Oh that screech machine should be charged, I want to make it clear,what she said was unacceptable, and IMHO CRIMINAL, given the temperature at that moment.

I have faith, that when a jury member is told, by the court,to not watch the news, that jury does what they swore to do. If the judge said no news, there was no news watched. No news consumed, no knowledge of such speech.

I watch local news...and court tv. I watch YouTube for how to videos (same washer and dryer for twenty years, tha is youtube). No twitter. When my friends and I gather, we fish, ride motorbikes, and play cards, not talk politics.

I am aware that screech machine said something, but as far as jury tampering is a stretch.

She should be charged with inflammatory speech, as she was co donning violance and discord.
