If a man, or a woman, regardless of their skin color, act in a way that is threatening, then cops have the same right to defend themselves as everybody else. That is not "unnecessary".

But hey - once you get rid of all those violent and evil cops, you'll probably find out what job they used to do.

They don't. Its because of their culture not their skin color. There are white and Mexican gang members too.

Although it does happen, thats not always the case.
