As did I; but without being in that situation - I could not say if Chauvin or any of the other officers believed Floyd or the crowd was no threat. Officers have had suspects in handcuffs and were still killed by them. So to say you know that they / he was “no threat” because you watched the body camera footage from your couch a year later is laughable.

If the crowd was a threat, why not call in for back up at the same time as the paramedics?

They did call for backup. How do you think Chauvin got there in the first place. The EMT was called and the request was ESCALATED. 3 min expected response time.

You know what bothers me? The fact that you think not complying with police is punishable by death. It isn't. Constitution. We are not supposed to be a police state, the court's are supposed to decide what the consequences for non compliance are.

No it’s actually logical. I meant wrong as it was racist but Floyd didn’t die as a direct result of Chauvin. In fact he likely would have died anyways but Chauvin slofie tried to get help but he had no legal obligation. Therefore he actually isn’t guilty at all.
