Onto the weapons. First of all, the vast majority of weapons won't work. These are the undead. They have no blood and no vital organs. Simply shooting them won't work. Unless you have very good aim (and shoot them in the spine), just don't. If you are strong, then a pickaxe would be the weapon of choice. It delivers large amounts of force in a small area and is simple to wield. You will also want a machete. That's just common sense. In a worst-case scenario, you can use it as a weapon (you really don't want to be getting that close), but the most important thing is that it can hack through undergrowth and gather you resources. In terms of guns, nothing beats a good 12 gauge shotgun. Don't saw the end off, though. A longer barrel will allow for lower spread, which equals more range, and if it's up close (maybe 5 or so meters), will effectively pulverise the spine (providing you aim in the right place). You should also keep a handgun on you at all times, because if you are ambushed, you can draw it, knock them back, escape. The best weapon, though, is a flamethrower. You can easily burn zombies to ash with very little skill required. In other words, blunt force is the way to go.

So. alf_schumway, you should probably get a pickaxe/mace/sledgehammer. Cooper_memes, you will be needing some handguns. Octavia_melody, go get a flamethrower. Sloth_ (Kyliefan), should probably be planning this out before I do. You should also know know the answers to these questions. Right_minded_knight, get a shotgun. Everyone, get a machete and a handgun.

First of all. To wield a pick or a sledgehammer, you need to be very strong. And the fact that you are sitting in front of a computer right now memeing hints that you probably aren't that strong. Machete? Yes. Plain and simple. And, if you are good at shooting, then you still want to stick with closer-quarters weapons. It is always best to avoid fights. And barricading yourself in a building is an excellent way to get killed. There are thousands, maybe millions of zombies. A good chunk of them will be attacking you. You'll be out of ammo, food and water. You morale will likely be down and you will be fending off zombies 24/7

So go to a national park. And if you do, don't bring the flamethrower. It'll burn all of your food and cover. Just bring a second shotgun
