Well it’s sorta like how you have a dog that you didn’t train but you know it’s aggressive so you have it purely to use as a guard dog you didn’t train the dog it doesn’t bite on command but you still have it cause you know it will bite any intruders purely by it’s own will and not yours
Plus it’s God’s PLAN not everyone will follow that “plan” it’s a plan but if someone doesn’t like that plan then they will CHOOSE not to follow it but a truly good tactician is easily able to turn their initial strategy into an infinite number of varying solutions depending on circumstances
