I hate to be pedantic, but the testimony said that he chose a LESSER option by pinning Floyd to the ground and that the taser would have been the escalated use of force.

What's really funny about the testimony so far are the "medical experts" who agreed with the defense that the drugs Floyd was on each individually cause hypoxia - which is a possible cause of asphyxia.

I think the prosecution wanted to die yesterday....and today is a new day.

The only question on the verdict will be is the jury more interested in the truth, or more scared of the riots coming & for their own safety?

We all know the answer to that one.

Interesting, the cop that testified yesterday, didnt mention any bags!!! Only some pills...

Let's say he was overdosing, still guilty folks. He didnt take care of his captive...je knew prior to being on the scene that floyd was under the influence. The problem is the defendant never DEescalated to help an overdosing man...

He was still alive in the ambulance.

They called the ambulance. They were waiting on paramedics. What, exactly, did you want him to do? He's not a doctor or a paramedic.

For that matter, do you understand the vast moral difference between "actively killed" and "failed to render sufficient aid"?
