I'm sure he had everything to due to with it too. Like not ordering enough from the companies that actually made it. Like not having a plan to distribute it, leaving it to the states to figure out. Like telling us it was nothing when he knew it was going to be bad, but he didn't want bad press. Like when he dismantled our pandemic response team because Obama had formed it after the Ebola scare.
