Depends really, if no changes are made, it could, but if there are changes but are actually improvement should be alright to post the same thing. sometimes it depends on who's really judging.

yep my oc has like 400 redraws and I'm still drawing and working on her more. And I keep changing her outfit but otherwise I am very proud of her
