However, Joe Biden's stumbles (that had to be shared) - in the shower with his dog, up the stairs to a plane - added to his verbal stumbles and struggles, his obvious confusion at times, and the fact he has not held and open or impromptu press conference since sworn-in, and there is real cause for concern.
