Trump tapped into feelings many people had of not being heard, or taken for granted, or those who felt they were the worker bees while others enjoyed the spoils of their labor. His message of 'we're not gonna take it anymore' resonated with a hell of a lot of people. Among those were some who heard what they wanted to hear, then used their interpretation to justify their actions - even actions you nor I would ever sanction. There has not been an honest examination by the left or the right, as to why people found Trump's message so appealing. Instead everyone was labeled - racist, xenophobic, homophobic, Nazis, on and one. And since there has been no objective look, there is again a swelling concern that once again, they are being dismissed ignored but expected to carry the load.
