You know I had to register my cars and my boat, OH GOD that means they are coming to take them away! Just like if you had to register a gun. 



Wait, I have been hearing about the government taking guns away since Reagan got shot. Funny how no Democrat in the oval office since then has ever tried to take guns away. It's almost as if it is a scare tactic to keep you a mindless Pavlov's voter.

So I went to the trouble to read all of this and you're making a strawman argument.

I'll contend there are not many who would propose a full ban on guns. The Democrats in general have proposed waiting periods, background checks and bans on weapons that are prioritized for killing people en masse that would have little benefit as a hunting or home defense firearm.

Slippery slope arguments are hard to gauge. Sometimes it's appropriate but most of the time it's better to argue the proposed issues at hand instead of leaping to "the logical conclusion" that everybody wanting to ban military style weapons also wants to ban grandma's licensed conceal carry .22LR revolver.

Yes, I am just going through an alternative route that might happen, maybe but not ALL guns nut I am saying that on an alternative route that maybe ALL guns MIGHT be banned. Also on the school shootings, that is something I have not heard of for awhile. Not saying won't ever happen again, just saying good thing those have not been here for awhile
