Grifting seems to work so well- grifting from the people who make less than 15 an hour, even better

FYI- Before Covid so negatively impacted the economy, the previous several years saw the poverty rate decline significantly without an increase in the minimum wage. Some wages even rose because the economy was good and labor was in short supply.

I am ecstatic that the Right wants to create a bill that will help 1900 Billionaires with their estate tax, while saying 15 an hour is too much. This IS the Repugnant party

everybody that has a job indulging their spending habits; everyone from domestic help to the people who build and take care of their yachts. There money is either invested in creating new businesses or in savings lowering interest rates on borrowers.

I think you have made your point with your use and abuse of the word repugnant.
Are you in search of a civil discussion or a pissing contest? I can do either

When has trickle down econ ever worked? More rich, more people in poverty in the USA.
The middle and lower classes stimulate the economy and the rich who own business prosper when people spend money

"When has trickle down econ ever worked?"

That poverty has not ended because of tde, doesn't not mean that tde didn't make things better than they were without it.

Where do you think wealth (that you think doesn't trickle down) goes? It has to be saved, invested or spent; all of which help lift people out of poverty. The only other place it can go is in bags in a basement somewhere, or in the hands of the government.

Putting wealth in the hands of government does not lift people out of poverty; does not now, never has never will. Poor people need opportunity to lift themselves out of poverty.

agreed TDE has never worked.
The wealthy will benefit and jobs created when the middle and lower class spend money. the .001 can invest their money when it trickles UP.
Creating legislation for less than 2000 rich donors of the repugnant party is absurd. Show me another law where it is written for 2000 people or less.
