I happen to be jewish, so I do have answers about that.
If you have any specific questions, id be happy to try to answer to the best of my ability, but a lot of things are very complicated

What questions do you have?

I'm the same way. I need answers of some sort in order to believe something. I'd recommend trying to find a source online like a church's website since I'm not quite sure if you'll be able to move churches, everyone's lives are different.
I go to Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco, Texas and they have their own website: https://www.stonebriar.org/ - - In person, they're a great church but they only have live worship.

My old church, Rocky Mountain Calvary in Colorado: https://rmcalvary.org/ - - is very similar to Stonebriar but their online services are pre-recorded and more sophisticated tbh- I'd recommend if you can't find a good church to find answers in-person, use an online source if that's available.

Christianity is a lot about blind faith. Because “god” doesn’t want to prove that he exists even though he could do it easily if he existed.

Not really, technically speaking according to historical evidence, the Bible is the single most proved book in the world. ( And it is “God”)

There are many parts of the Bible that are true, like why is the oldest tree alive date back to the age of the flood?
0 ups, 4y
Oldest tree actually predates it. Sorry bud. You’ll have to try again.

I'm sorry to hear you've been brushed off. Personally, I don't know everything there is to answer that question but I go to a well-established church so next time I go to it which is most likely not gonna be anytime soon cause of Covid. But, I ask questions all the time, and not once I have gotten brushed off and set aside because of it so a piece of advice if you're getting brushed aside, you NEED to talk to someone else. A good start would to look into some major churches in your area and try searching some stuff up on the Internet.

I lived in Colorado and currently, Texas, and the two main churches I went to are called Rocky Mountain Calvary(Colorado) and it's amazing!! The pastors and staff are nice and know a great deal about scripture. For Texas, I go to Stonebriar Community Church, and personally, it's better than Rocky Mountain Calvary personally.

Also, question the Bible. Don't revoke the word of God, but question it, ask what different verses mean and how does God wants us to interpret it. Just because one person interprets it one way, doesn't mean someone else does as well. So be curious as to what the Bible says. One thing I've been told is what God says in the Bible, happens just like that in the Bible; if he said "the river turned into blood," the river turned into blood. Not the color red, not some algae, it turned into blood. Word for word.

Sry if that's a lot to read with a lot of information missing. If you do have any questions, please ask and I'd be glad to answer however I can for you!

I've always wondered if humans were created a few day after all animals then how were dinosuars millions of years older than humans
[deleted]

They aren’t. Back then in ancient times, humans lived much much longer(like hundreds of years.) Nearly all lizards grow until they die, and they probably lived longer too. That’s what my teachers said in Sunday school. Also the world isn’t millions of years old, as there have been fossils found with living bacteria in the tissues.

is Sunday school really a reliable source of scientific explanation?

Matthias Knutzel was the first explicit atheist. It was recorded that he became atheist because he had blasphemed against the Holy Spirit and a priest told him that it was an unforgivable sin, and he would be doomed to hell no matter how he changed.
0 ups, 4y,

That’s interesting, because what I believe is that any sin could be forgiven if you repent.
[deleted]
0 ups, 4y
Not blaspheming. It’s when you know and believe in God, yet tell others He is fake and deny His existence.
0 ups, 4y,

so that makes all of atheism invalid?
[deleted]
0 ups, 4y,

Yes. It was founded out of spite by a man, guaranteed a future of suffering, who wanted to bring that suffering upon others.
0 ups, 4y
But then people found evidence against god and started real atheism

Man. It’s one thing to be a different religion but then to spit on others’ religions? That’s kinda far.

it doesnt you learn that in science class what they do say in sunday school is that God split the sea apart to let the slaves from the soldiers following them
