The meme isn't against the relief checks. It's against the 90% of the bill that has NOTHING to do with covid relief. That's the pork barrel spending he's talking about. If the bill was all actually going to covid relief we'd be looking at $14,000 checks, not $1,400 dollar checks.

It was a pork spending bill more than it was covid relief.
