Because every yahoo, Bubba, and Karen is gonna go running out to Applebees, crowing about how they don't have to wear masks anymore. They're not going to be socially distanced.
Just in time for Spring Break.
Spring Break in Texas is big business. So, all those extra infectious variants are going to be streaming into 100% open maskless Texas just in time to meet up with Bubba and Karen at that Applebees.
Oh, and the vaccine distribution has been, at best, quarter assed. They've half-assed half-assing this.
So a lot of people are going to get sick and die because of Abbot. And it's not going to be at-risk populations in nursing homes.
It's gonna be state-wide.
