my ears are making that soft "eeeeeeee" sound

so whenever I go up or down in a plane after that my ears are clogged for 48 hours. No joke. And once I tried to prevent this from happening by closing my nose with my fingers and blowing out. It worked, but the pressure was so strong that my nose was bleeding. Yikes. My ears hurt too.
