Well thats a disgusting statement.

This strike was ordered as a retaliation for rocket attacks in Iraq on U.S. targets. The targets in this strike were Iranian backed militant groups. So President Biden is defending the U.S. interests here.

That is what it is. We can't have America's enemies attacking U.S. targets and let them get away with it. If a U.S. President orders the military into action, then there is usually a national security reason for doing it.

are these the same enemies that he would allow nuclear capabilities ?

I take it you are referring to Iran. No U.S. President (of either party) since the Iranian Revolution wanted Iran to have nuclear capabilities. The tricky part is how to stop them from acquiring that capability short of war.

put trust in a regime that for decades has hated western civilation ?...so give them a pathway over time to achieve this?

I agree that Iran is not to be trusted. Mr. Trump correctly identified Iran as an enemy of the United States, but even he was not willing to go to war with them. He dropped out of that deal that Obama made, but dropping out would not stop them from getting it. There is a country that has the will to do what needs to be done.

yes there is...and we should keeep them as an important ally...which i dont particuially see from this administration...
