I have lived on all three coasts and while I get what you are trying to say, it's not all San Francisco. I make good money for where I live, in parts of South Carolina or Georgia (both coastal states) I could live like a king. In San Fran (one city) I would not be able to afford a tent on the street. But right now, people making over $400k a year pay less in taxes than I do thanks to republican tax cuts. That is the real crime here.

Because negotiations are not the way to go when handling the world’s #1 sponsor of terrorism hellbent on obtaining nuclear weapons. There is less justification for this deal than there was for appeasement with Hitler in the Munich agreement. The way to go is stricter sanctions to weaken them, plus collaboration with allies in the middle east to halt their advance. But the JCPOA removes sanctions on them. Obviously a stronger Iran is a worse threat in their spread of terrorism and conventional military. Speaking of conventional military, the deal does nothing to restrict their supply of ballistic missiles. A big problem with the JCPOA is that nowhere does it require Iran to submit to anytime anywhere inspections from the IAEA, and Iran is allowed to delay inspections for up to 24 hours, giving them time to still enrich uranium in secret. In fact US intelligence recently found traces of uranium in 4 different underground sites.
