They don't. They are spewing CNN talking points. The facts are that the swing state legislatures did their own fraud investigation and found mountains of evidence. You can still find their investigations video on youtube.

but the Supreme Court's explanation (as I understand it) is the same as hers: it's over, so there's no point in investigating.
