He says that like persecuting him is wrong in some way. He should be persecuted far more than he is.

I think the word "persecuting" suggests an unjust pursuit. He should be prosecuted more than he is -- he's not being persecuted at all.

Point taken, but I do believe he should be "harass[ed and] punish[ed] in a manner designed to injure, grieve, [and] afflict.” I'm hoping his many victims get their fill of revenge.

Being acquitted and being found not guilty are two different things. He was acquitted. Not found “not guilty.” And certainly not found to be “innocent.”
