Yes! Just so people don't try mass flagging to get points. There are point farming/ upvote begging/ repost streams for that.

No because then if you flag someone else's image and you mod the stream, you could just dissaprove it, and grind for points yourself. That wouldnt count.
Agreed -- I think anything you do to help build Imgflip should gain points (e.g. approving/disapproving memes). Just a small number though, the most points should come from creating new popular content
