Yea, I am pretty certain claiming property value to a bank for a credit line, then claiming a different value for tax valuation is a CRIME.
Now, imagine another property on the OTHER SIDE OF THE country, that you have an Estimator OVERINFLATE the valuation on a property so that you can peel off 30% of it for agricultural reasons, therefore gaining an OVERINFLATED TAX CREDIT. Yea, I think that would be another crime in another state.
