Also, Trump offered to put thousands of National Guardsmen/women (gotta be PC...) on the streets to protect the Capitol, but that offer was not accepted.

If Trump was going to incite insurrection, he wouldn't offer to put troops on the ground who would put it down.

Of course, to the terminally TDS-afflicted like 25A_PRESIDENT_Kamikaze. (aka Kamikaze, aka KylieFan_89) the same Trump they proclaim to be an idiot is also adept at sleight of hand strategic preemptive counter moves like that... just to throw suckers like me off the scent of his actual mastermind scheme.

I don't know the name for that style of argument, but it's about as weak as it gets. Those losers need to bring actual facts to the table, not just orangemanbad, TDS-fueled delusions.

The incitement was bad enough; but even more damning and undeniable was Trump's inaction as it proceeded.

In his speech Trump promised to go with the rioters; instead, he went back to the White House, turned on the TV, and watched it like a sports match for 6 hours as his aides grew increasingly desperate for his attention, and as the Pentagon freshly staffed with his own loyalists rebuffed the Maryland Governor's offer of the National Guard. Ultimately, it fell to Pence to make the call to send in the reinforcements.

Much later in the afternoon, Trump finally put out a tweet calling for the "patriots" to go home: and many of them listened!

Just like your overlord Dimocrat leaders and their propaganda arm (aka mainstream media) have brainwashed millions of suckers.

You pretend to be a lawyer, right? Please provide one piece of evidence that Trump incited insurrection. Actual evidence, okay? Not just some hyped up bullshit opinions from snowflakes and SJWs creaming in their respective panty because they think impeaching and convicting Trump a second time would:

1. prevent him from running for president again (it wouldn't)
2. just be a lot of fun, because no other president has been impeached twice (and of course, acquitted twice!)
