Here's the thing; you think they're doing that because she's Muslim, but at least officially that's not the reason they're giving. So perhaps this is a case of you believing what you want to believe about republicans, or believing what you've been told is true without looking into it further. (yes, all speculation on my part, so please don't get upset...) The republicans claim what they're trying to do about Omar is based on her conduct, same as it is with the Democrats for what they're doing to Greene. I'm not taking sides here, just objectively pointing out something that you, as someone who hates only republicans (apparently) is not able to see. I have no particular fondness for either democrats nor republicans. I do like Trump though, so I'm sure you will not be able to take an objective view about anything I say.
