Lol, I know what you mean, I'm just mincing words...I'm a community mod, there are only a couple of global mods. I was invited a month or two ago, the invite is based on community activity, length of time you've been a member, rapport and reputation, and age. Gotta be 21 or over. I really dont know what all went into the decision making for me, I think it was just being in the right place at the right time and talking to the right people in the right way.

I have some suggestions for imgflip if you want to hear them :)
1. We should be able to see when people are online or offline.
2. We should be able to search templates in memechat.
3. We should be able to create memes in memechat and send them to people.
4. We should get badges for imgflip, for example you get a badge when one of your memes gets 2,000 upvotes! Because that’s rare! You should get one for being a member for a year or 5 years or even 10 years! The list goes on but you get the idea =)

Depends on what you call "main mod". acuity12 is one of the global mods and there is another one, SerDonaldPuttingsworth. Then there is the site creator. If you look around on the "imgflip" stream you can learn a lot about who does what.
