No he’s not and neither are you. Herd immunity is a naturally occurring phenomenon and totally separate from vaccination immunity. You can’t achieve herd immunity by avoiding the thing that you are building immunity against. Vaccinations are meant to boost the number of people who are exposed that don’t have bad outcomes. Naturally occurring herd immunity won’t come until a large percentage of the population has been exposed to the virus including the vaccinated.
