We're not an oppressed minority. Look at the Senate, by all that's holy! We have had the majority of social and political power in this country since its beginning, and we still do. All those hiring guides, et cetera, exist to give other groups a slightly fairer shake, not to rob white people of anything they rightfully have.

3/100 = 3%, so they were missing 9 Black Senators, and 25 women Senators. I'll accept the 2 missing Asian senators as margin of error, but if 16% of the population is Hispanic, then we're missing a shocking 10 of them. A little more than 12% of the House is Hispanic, again an underrepresentation.
