Trump did in fact ramp up the pace of federal executions in his last few days in office, rushing to execute those who might have still had appeal rights.
But anywho: He inspired his supporters to brazenly install gallows outside Congress and go hunting for allegedly traitorous politicians who were in fact just fulfilling their constitutional duties.
This is where fascist movements end: Violence and intimidation when they can't have their way within the rules.
