The death of small business

I have 2 staff I typically have working at my store. Were open 16 hours but I hire the two of them to stack shelves 10 hours a day each. I also have two others who work weekends.

2 staff X 10 hours X $15 = $300 + the contributions I have to pay for them on my side. Maybe $330 total.

$330 X 7 days = $2310
That's about $120,000 a year

Replacing all my shelves with double capacity ones $6700

If minimum wage hits $15 an hour I'm gonna have to just let them go and increase shelf capacity.

Yep, I prefer the apps over talking to the millennial snowflakes that get my order wrong most of the time.

They still make my order wrong.
