Because Bannon still knows things

By accepting the pardon Bannon loses his 5th Amendment right.

Except this pardon was for fleecing trump supporters, not related to trump’s first impeachment.

Of course trump supporters don’t mind being fleeced, so it’s kind of a victimless crime.

I wonder if the pardon covers tax evasion. Because I doubt he declared all that money as income on his tax returns.

Whatever state he lives in can still pursue him for taxes. The federal pardon apparently only covers federal crimes.

I haven’t heard what it covers, but I’m sure lawyers will pour over each one and the news will let us know.
