If you don't like how the money is spent, vote against it. If you're unsatisfied with the vote, find another country which aligns with your ideals. That goes for the left or the right. America first in principle, absolutely. Yet, some of the people want to help other countries enrich themselves intellectually and socially. So, part of that whole America First thing, is listening to what American people want.

This expense cost every american a one-time payment of 6$ out of their lifetime taxes.

Yet nearly 2/3 of our budget goes to the military. So how is it with all the money we have, we can't get the Pentagon to mobilize the National Guard to defend Capitol Hill?
