Twitter has the right to moderate its content and he's been using it to incite mob mentality for years. Their terms and conditions clearly state you can't use them for that. They would have been well within their rights to kick him off years ago.

Show me a tweet that made him advocate mob mentality. Because I’ve got some tweets here from the man himself that show him resisting it.
