Actually, you're wrong:

Under the U.S. code, domestic terrorism is defined as violent acts that are committed within the U.S. and are a violation of federal or state criminal laws that are intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
**influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction**
, assassination or kidnapping. The FBI characterizes domestic terrorism as violent extremism meant to further ideological goals stemming from political, religious, social, racial or environmental influences.

And to further add fire against your argument. Small business and homes are not people. (Just using your logic against you)

"Intimidated by a few people" is a COLOSSAL understatement. And no, just because the people elect your representatives, doesn't mean they can barge into the capitol, wreck and vandalize the entire place, threaten the lives of congressmen and women, place bombs inside the place, and kill police officers (blue lives matter amirite?) just because you got the results of a democratic election hurt your fee-fees. What an astonishingly stupid take. By your same logic, the Portland Riots at the federal courthouse were 100% justified.

Also, imagine flagging me over the most generic, un-profane, and nicest insult I could possibly levy at you lmao.

Your "sources" are BS.

1. There's no evidence of antifa storming the capitol. That has already been debunked.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/tommybeer/2021/01/08/fbi-no-evidence-antifa-involved-in-capitol-chaos/?sh=34a34c9e6379

2. There were two bombs placed near the Capitol as well as molotov cocktails

https://www.wusa9.com/article/news/local/dc/washington-dc-pipe-bombs-and-cooler-of-molotov-cocktails/65-d3fe68e9-0b79-4882-95ed-070da6abf2ee

3. They weren't just there to vandalize, and steal shit the place, however egregious that already was. If you see the videos of the seditionists banging on the door and the video taken before the qanon woman's death (THERE WERE LITERAL GUNFIGHTS BUT NOTHING HAPPENED AMIRITE), they weren't your mere trespassers. They were planning to overthrow the government and threaten the lives of our elected representatives. Don't be f**king stupid.

4. 5 PEOPLED DIED!!! 5 PEOPLE DIED!!! A F**KING POLICE OFFICER DIED!!!! And according to you, "literally nothing happened." Gtfoh

2) This image doesn't have a timestamp
3) The image on the right is too narrow to tell what is happening. I see cameras and a hallway with people in it, I don't see battering rams. For all I know he could be merely attending a hearing of some sort.

Do you have any images which can irrefutably place him there?

No we didn't. We did not claim that there was voter fraud, denied over 50 judges, denied multiple recounts, denied the ruling of the supreme court, denied the senate and the house of representatives.

No, instead HRC called Donald Trump to congratulate him.
Obama resumed the tradition of the transfer of power.

That's exactly what's happening here. Technically the building is owned by the public (tax payers), so it wasn't even trespassing, the DC police ushered them in.

Also, the capitol has been closed to the public since March 2020 due to COVID. It may belong to the public, but it isn't open to the Public. Much the same way that just because a library is closed to the public, and owned by it, does not give you the right to storm it.

Fake news again. The constitution states you can't be deprived of life, without due process of law, meaning a judge and 12 jury have to find you guilty.
The woman was standing still and had no weapons. The cop was clearly wrong and murdered her.

Tell you what, tell a Londoner that all those bombs going off in their city throughout the 1980's weren't terrorists because they were Irish and that doesn't fit your definition. See what they reply.
0 ups, 4y
if they set the bombs off, they are destroying peoples homes and killing people, that is domestic terrorism, if they were to blow up the Capitol, it would be terrorism because they killed people and destroyed a tax payer funded building, raiding the Capitol does not cause harm to the building or the people, so it is rioting, not domestic terrorism. simple enough for you?

Terrorism is the instigation of terror to extort an outcome that would otherwise not be due to you. Almost all dictionaries are incredibly careful about how it is defined. You are talking nonsense.

Antithesis, if you get people asking you to define domestic terrorism, cite them this:

18 U.S. Code § 2331:
Paragraph (5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that— (A)involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State; (B)appear to be intended— (ii)to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii)to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and

It goes on to give other sections about other various parts of law.

dangerous to human life: they had no guns
5 guns were recovered, two pipe bombs and 11 mason-molotov cocktails.

they caused no harm.
1- police officer dead.
More than 50 injured.

to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping, there was no mass destruction, kidnapping or assasination

Mass destruction occurred to the point where the Vice President and VP elect were evacuated from the building, legislaters and lawmakers had to shelter in place and take cover.

Try again.

who shot first, did you forget the 5 people in the mob that were killed, the mob would have come in peacefully if they hadn't attacked first. really though, what do you expect, they are obviously conservatives, of course they have guns, but were the guns drawn?

In truth i have not heard of the pipe bombs and molotov cocktails, but if you considered them alone to be proof of it being domestic terrorism, then the BLM "mostly peaceful" protests are also acts of domestic terrorism, and since most of the people in the Capitol didnt do much about those, then they shouldn't do anything about the raid on the capitol because it was only once and they had it coming for them if they didn't think that the BLM "mostly peaceful" protests were not acts of domestic terrorism, which also shows corruption and corruption in the government needs cleansing, we can all agree with that.

honestly i think i made this part too long, ill shorten it down if you want me to

kamala is super liberal, liberals are sensitive (in nice terms,) and she saw that the mob looked angry and she wanted to evacuate, so she also had mike pence evacuate with her because he was of higher authority and therefore, supposed to be saved first.

makes sense to you yet?

They rushed in, all hurt was unintentional, if you send me the link to the video, then I would be able to see how hasty and careless they were. Do you honestly think that one person against a whole mob could keep every one of them behind the fence? No one could, it was better to let them in because they could have injured themselves a lot in their haste and carelessness

0 ups, 4y,

you truly are stupid, first, you said they let them in, the cops didnt, then you said it was intentional, i saw those people saying "whoa whoa whoa" and helping the guy up, the one guy that only grabbed onto a police officer was the only one doing anything violent, the others were either helping the person pinned down or were pulling the guy away from the officer or were standing on the top of the steps peacefully, then most of them walked away from the stairs, you only see one side of stories.
[deleted]
1 up, 4y
By all means, please tell me where I said that the cops let them in?
If you mean my image? it was written in heavy sarcasm.

All of those people saw that there was a line. People were going around, only a few helped. People saw that police were having a hard time, and they kept walking. This was not the only place. So, I'm not sure what you're talking about. Seems like you're flailing just to be right about something in an era where Trump supporters are finding out they've been horribly wrong.

Cognitive Dissonance.
0 ups, 4y,
1 reply
the people around the cop that was pinned helped, the people on the other side didnt because there would have been a bunch of people there which would have slowed them down. it was the same for the one person grabbing the cop, its simple logic
[deleted]
1 up, 4y
Maybe one did. But the others didn't. They weren't trying to pull that guy off of the cop. They were trying to pull the cop. And this isn't the only place either, they pushed past the cop line on the stairs too. They pushed past doors, they hauled cops out and started beating them. A cop died because he got beat with a fire extingquisher. There were MAGAT (MAGA TERRORIST) who were trying to push down a barricade of cops. No one let them in ever. No one let the gates open for them.
0 ups, 4y,
1 reply
you are stupid, look at the video, they are pulling at the guy, not the cop. "they pushed past the cop line" what line? the cops were either helping the pinned one or getting the guy off of the cop, the others were just watching them go through, no pushing there. "pushed past doors" it's called opening doors. as for the other things, send me links to prove those, they didn't let them in at all? tell that to your other liberal friends here on imgflip, they will deny it.

a member of congress who betrays the constitution and national laws is a traitor. BLM burned down people's homes and businesses, why, because one person was accidentally killed. we walked into the Capitol, we meant no harm (we being the people who aren't BLM protestors) and we had a valid reason, fascism is bad, and it got into our government. one is an apple, the apple is BLM
