Many of the reasons given (I skipped to the end) were nonsense. Including or not including states doesn't invalidate a lawsuit.
Texas doesn't have an injury is a joke. Yes, all of the bills and executive orders Biden signs are the injury. Either the lawyers are stupid or corrupt.
