In the last few months, Trump has tried to get many people in our government to bend to his will despite having no constitutional authority or precedent to do so. His actions have been accurately labeled as seditious by many legal scholars and even the most partisan indictable in the Republican Party have started to recognizes the dangers he poses to our republic.
The actions of his supporters yesterday have been condemned by every Republican in Congress.
