Read the rulings. Most were 'denied' meaning they weren't about evidence, they were requests to stop or start some legal action.
Only a few of them were 'denied' for evidence reasons. Of course if you don't have access to the ballots you can't provide evidence that the ballots are fraudulent. In a real court of law affidavits would be enough to allow the prosecution to subpoena the ballots, but not in these courts.
