No they dismiss it for procedural reasons. Normally just showing a judge an affidavit is enough to subpoena evidence. In all these cases the judges have been dismissing after being shown the affidavits.

It's ok, "prove it in court" has been their montra for weeks. Because the Justice system is totally corrupt at every level they've been lead to believe a court is a place to decide what is truth just like we believe the scientific method is used to to confirm truth.

They gave Team MAGA the opportunity to present their evidence heaps of times, and each time they couldn't.
