You know he shot ads for Biden right? Lmfao

Kinda cuts against your argument a bit

It doesn't mean people won't still vote. Stop grasping at straws and get yourself a reliable epistemology. Because your standard of evidence on this topic is wildly lacking and your logic is flawed.
2 ups, 3y,

A truck load of duplicate ballots, security camera footage, eye witnesses and a hand written note signed by Joe Biden stating how much voter fraud the Democrat party pulled off could show up to your door tomorrow and you'd deny anything fishy going on at all.
3 ups, 3y,

That which can be asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence. You can't argue with assertions and hypotheticals. Empirical evidence is the foundation for ANY claim. I'm sorry logic is destroying your ability to form a valid or sound argument but that's just not my problem.
1 up, 3y,
1 reply
No matter the quantity or quality of evidence provided you will deny it.
0 ups, 3y
Please demonstrate how you could possibly know that to be true. Also, isn't it a reasonable request that you provide any evidence at all before you come to such conclusions?

All in your imagination.

You actually think it's suspicious that after 4 years of Trump, turnout would be a record high to fire his sorry ass?

If that's the case why did Trump himself get so many votes?

I never said he didn't! Biden won because he got even more!

Seriously, which part of this confuses you???
2 ups, 3y,

I he did such a horrible job not as many people would have voted to keep him in.
[deleted]
2 ups, 3y,
1 reply
No. If all the incumbent president has to do is get more votes than he did last time, the rules would have said so. This is how elections typically worked in one-party states like the Soviet Union. I don't know if you've noticed, but we don't do that in the United States.

Here, you have to get more votes than your opponent got. That means if more people voted for you this year BUT EVEN MORE PEOPLE THAN THAT voted for your opponent, you lose your job. And that's what happened here.
0 ups, 3y,
1 reply
I didn't say he should win with less electoral votes.

I was asking why so many voted for him if he did such a horrible job as you say.
[deleted]
1 up, 3y,
1 reply
Because y'all like him. God knows why, he's done you no favors whatsoever. But more people liked Biden so Biden won.

No mystery. Nothing weird going on. It's very simple. And if you keep saying he should have won because he got more votes for himself, then that IS what you're saying.
1 up, 3y,

What does Joe Biden have to offer that would make sense for him to get the most votes of all time? Though I don't think he was a good president, Obama was by far more likable. I'm not on the left but I can see that he had a charming personality.
[deleted]

Obama wasn't running this year. Biden was. And Biden wasn't offering anything to you because you were voting for Asshat Man. Your voted wasn't needed.

[deleted]
1 up, 3y
You brought him up. Not me.
1 up, 3y,

My question involving Obama was what makes Biden so much more likable than him that he would get so many more votes.
[deleted]
1 up, 3y
If Obama had jumped into the primary nominations back in January in some alternate reality where he were allowed to, he probably would easily have won the nomination with 70% of the Democratic vote. And Trump would still have lost.

But guess what? Obama wasn't running this year. So what on Earth have you proven? All you've shown is that more people voted Democrat in 2020 than they did in 2012 - gee, what a f**king mystery.
0 ups, 3y,
1 reply
Because it's odd that so many more would vote for Biden (not just Democrat) than Obama, when Obama clearly had more to offer.
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Again, Obama wasn't running this year. The election wasn't Obama vs Biden. You have NO IDEA how many votes Obama would have picked up against Biden if that were the election this year. With ALL the policies at stake, with EVERYTHING that's happened in the past 8 years - you're telling me that if Obama was involved this year, he'd have pulled in the same number of votes as 2012? No. Way.

What you find odd is that Biden picked up more votes against Trump in 2020 than Obama picked up against Romney in 2012. And it makes no sense whatsoever that you would find that odd. Voters found Obama vs Romney to be a bit meh, but after 8 years' experience, they decided that Biden vs Trump was the race they really needed to get involved with - mystery f**king solved.

It is simple, trump has failed this country for four years. It would not have made a difference who they put against him. His foreign policies and economic policies and domestic policies have literally wrecked this country. And he encouraged covid to wipe out over 300k Americans. Literally anyone or a potted plant was going to win the election. Anyone that is confused about his epic loss really doesn’t understand our system.

You say a whole bunch of nothing. Many general statements. I could say Obama was bad. He failed and lied. But what exactly does that mean? Extremely general.

So what’s that enough for you
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
How bout you offer some defense of trump that are based on facts and reality?
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Trump destroyed the greatest economy that he inherited from Obama. Job growth, unemployment, the markets were all skyrocketed until trump got his hands on them. Trump also made us the laughing stock of all of our allies due to his inability to negotiate or cut a deal. Trump took money from the military to build 12 miles of a wall that Mexico was supposed to pay for. Trump admitted on tape that the virus was deadly and yet still lies to us about while undermining the doctors and experts. Trump is now trying to destroy our democracy by overturning an election that has been deemed the most secure in our history by his own handpicked judges and members of his own party. Should I go on? Seems unnecessary.

I’m sure you’re a good person. Unfortunately you’ve become one of many that have been confronted with facts and truth by me. Your only mistake was that you allowed yourself to be fooled. And in your defense, you’re not alone. Like P.T. Barnum said-“ There’s a sucker born every minute.”

China now has the largest navy in the world, Russia has been allowed to run wild throughout Europe, the few years of trumps financial records that have come out show that he lost a billion dollars in ten years. His tax plan only benefited the super rich, his trade deals crushed our farmers and our manufacturing, and his words have emboldened white supremacy.

Maybe next week will help you ease into reality when pence confirms the election. The only questions that need answers are why folks refuse to accept the most secure election in our history and why did Trump handle this virus worse than any other country.
0 ups, 3y,

You do know you can do your own research without being fed narratives right? I highly recommend it.
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Trump and his legal team also did most of my research for me. After losing somewhere around 80 court cases due to their incredible lack of producing ANY evidence at all of voter fraud.
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Oh yeah, all the courts all the way up to the Supreme Court did all the research for me. Trump appointed judges, trumps boy Bill Barr, the FBI. All the greatest research organizations on the planet have made it abundantly clear. No evidence of voter fraud. Maybe you should consider getting out of the Qanon and newsmaxx and Fox News conspiracy theory craziness and just accept reality. Trump lost because he was the worst president in the history of this country. And he allowed the virus to run rampant. It’s no more complicated than that .

If you can't say why my statement is false, that's your problem, not mine. On top of a lack of understanding of the situation, I believe you will never change your mind on this specific topic, so I see no good reason to continue the argument and will no longer prolong this thread.

How is it the most secure when there are a record number of mail in ballots, which are easier to manipulate? In what way is it the most secure election? Can you say something other than one that's been repeated to you by the media? Makes it hard to have a good discussion.

Record low unemployment especially for minorities is a bad thing? Ok then. You must be racist...

To say everything a president does is bad is just as silly as saying everything he does is good. I didn't agree with most of Obama's policies, but I can't deny he had some good points to his terms.

If he was the worst president of all time why did he get the second most votes? Once again we're back to this question. If I said Joe Biden is the worst candidate of all time you would probably disagree with me, and for good reason. Unlike some past candidates that I feel would have tried to harm the good things in our country, I just think Biden is incompetent. Doesn't mean I hate the guy.
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Trump has used lies and division and conspiracy theories for years now. Yet his true record shows how bad he has failed all of us. There has never been a more incompetent politician much less a president than trump. And yes, I am always amazed at how many intelligent folks listen to him over facts.

If that was the case Trump wouldn't have won the 2nd most votes in history.

You seem to have easily forgotten how much the economy was booming before Covid hit. Ah well, the media controls all your thoughts doesn't it?

You mean to tell me had Joe Biden been president we would have had less than 300k deaths? What would he have done, locked everyone inside under threat of shooting?
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Trump inherited the strongest economy and job growth in our history lol. He mismanaged it like he has done with everything he has touched for the last 60 years. Hope that clears things up kiddo

Where did you get your information from? All from CNN I would guess?

Trump lowered unemployment from Obama's administration, upheld basically all his campaign promises, didn't bend his knee to BLM, the media, and China, and fought for moral values. Sure, he was kind of a scumbag in the past, but in my opinion he did a heck of a job.

That’s why I own guns. I don’t trust any of the politicians. But I’ve watched what trump has done over four years and the country cannot sustain another four years of him. I’m no Biden fan but I’ll take anyone at this point that doesn’t lie and spread conspiracy theories and try to turn the country against itself.

I don’t equate MAGA with the traitors that attacked our capitol. Most of the trump folks that were at the capitol that day were just showing support for the president. They were not about violence
[deleted]
0 ups, 3y
Most MAGA and BLM are not violent traitors. Unfortunately, Quanon and Antifa , which only make up a small percentage of either side, have turned things violent. I believe the overwhelming majority of the country may disagree about politics but love this country enough to act civilized
3 ups, 3y,

That doesn’t explain why his own vote count went up...
When people all hate a president, their vote count goes down, not up. Trump’s nearly increased by 10M. And many current Trump supporters were Democrats or Hillary supporters in 2016.

So 10 million more people wanted to vote for him. 15 million more people wanted to vote for Biden. What's the mystery???? Who says that any change has to go entirely to one side or the other???
3 ups, 3y,
1 reply
Where did those 15 million come from?
And why has Biden won a record low amount of counties and still gotten the most votes in history? Yes, big cities would be involved, but big cities ALWAYS vote democrat. It’s not specific to this election, and is not a cite-worthy point at all.
[deleted]
3 ups, 3y,

I think you answered your own question there: the 15 million came from the counties with big cities in them. There's really no mystery. Half an hour with a spreadsheet and county-by-county vote counts will explain everything. There's nothing the least bit suspicious about this - counties don't vote, people do, and people voted for Biden.

Tumbleweeds don't vote either and word has it the cows ran away on account of lack of demand from prisons and schools with this Covid shutdown thingy and because we lack the technology to reroute trucks to deliver them to where everyone's on the brink of starvation so loads of Mexicans Cowbolleros and Somali meat packers got layed off.
